ORCHESTRA | VAL VIGODA

“I could not be more delighted and thrilled to be joining the EYS team of artist mentors! Connecting young string players to the exuberance of making music, bringing high-octane performance energy into the room with an emphasis on listening, connection and joy…this is the kind of string pedagogy I wish I had received when I was a student, and that I believe in with all my heart and soul. As a musical-theatre artist, indie rocker and live-looping performer, I get to come to EYS and remind young people how magnificent it feels to make music on a visceral level; I can’t think of a more worthy endeavor.”
